Even to the point that they claim that our constitutional provision <i>"equally protect the mother and the unborn from the moment of <b>conception</b>"</i> actually refers to implantation (?!) I hope Congressman Anthony Golez' resolution seeking Congressional <a href="http://newsinfo.inquirer.net/breakingnews/nation/view/20101008-296664/Solon-seeks-answer-to-life-to-settle-reproductive-health-row" rel="nofollow">inquiry</a> into the matter gets to be prioritized in Congress.<br />Or that HB 13 gets to be deliberated first. Either way, it might stop HB 96 in its tracks.
