VAT

The RP House of Representatives passed on third reading a bill that will increase VAT to 12%. I think this is laudable. Of course they cannot satisfy everyone, but the common good is what is considered here. Some have to take the bitter pill for sometime. I hope that the Senate version shall make improvements too, and not outrightly disregard it.
