The Jaffe Memo

This is the 1969 memo from Planned Parenthood in their recommendations for population control.  Looks to me the same could be the playbook that RP pro-RH folks got hold of.  Some of the suggestions:

Restructure family:
  a) Postpone or avoid marriage
  b) Alter image of ideal family size

Compulsory education of children
Encourage increased homosexuality
Educate for family limitation

Allow certain contraceptives to be distributed non-medically

Improve contraceptive technology

Make contraception truly available and accessible to all

Improve maternal health care, with family planning a core element
