Mountain Pines

Last Sunday, I went with some friends to Mountain Pines, still being developed, in Kalugmanan, Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon. The fastest way from CdO is through Camp Phillips of Del Monte ("enemy-territory", for those in the know). The concept is similar to Leisure Farms in Tagaytay. Abe brought us there. I did not get the altitude, but at 20 degrees at noontime in one of the "reception area" of the nursery, it should be pretty high. The pictures should speak for themselves (a little dark, sorry, wrong settings). They've nurseries of various flowers, vegetables, and fruit trees, and of course, pine trees (some of the bigger ones were replanted in 2001).
