Who said this?

Is it a sign of a coming conversion?  Hmm.

Some say perhaps it is only a part of an overall strategy to survive (meaning, to  still get funding that may be dwindling in the wake of a possible PP of America defunding), as she also said this:  “It may not have a right to life, and its value may not be equal to that of the pregnant woman, but ending the life of a fetus is not a morally insignificant event.”
