Just in case you did not know, reps of more than 150 countries tried to meet in Bonn to try to agree how they can waste their and our money on a world agreement meant to cut greenhouse gas emissions and supposedly help the poor countries deal with climate change.
Tried they did. But they were successful at only one thing: waste money.
Or were they actually only planning how they will enjoy themselves in Cancun. In winter.
